You can cancel and reschedule your appointments via your online profile if 24 hours in advance. You may be entitled to move or have your booking refunded after this point. You will need to contact us directly. It is at our sole discretion whether it can be moved or refunded. All bookings are subject to our terms and conditions. Any refunds provided, may be at a reduced rate to cover any fees deducted.
