Memberships at a glance: Monthly subscription with sessions added to your account each month. Sessions can be used flexibly and are not tied to fixed days. Memberships renew automatically via Direct Debit. Unused sessions expire at the end of each billing month. Bookings can be changed online up to 48 hours before a session. One full calendar month’s notice is required to cancel or change a membership. Cancellations must be requested by emailing info@doggybase.co.uk. Holiday Hold available once per year (one month, £25 fee)
