Membership Summary: Memberships renew monthly via Direct Debit. Sessions are added monthly and can be used flexibly, subject to availability. Sessions expire at the end of each billing month. Bookings can be changed up to 48 hours before a session. Changes within 48 hours incur a £15 late change fee. One full calendar month’s notice is required to cancel or change a membership. Cancellations must be requested by emailing info@doggybase.co.uk. Holiday Hold available once per year (one month, £25 fee).
