Booking Information

All visits must be booked in advance to maintain our structured, staggered arrival process.

New customers are required to complete an induction visit before attending group daycare.
This ensures every dog is introduced calmly and confidently before joining regular sessions.

Booking Adjustments

Bookings made or amended within 48 hours of the session are subject to a £15 short notice fee.

If you require additional time beyond your booked session, please notify the team in advance where possible. Pre-arranged extensions are charged at £8 per hour.
